Breakfast Creek is surrounded by some of Brisbane’s most expensive and esteemed neighbourhoods, Albion, Ascot and Hamilton.

These suburbs are strongly infused with century old rich history, a broad range of wonderful architecture and dazzling social and dining venues. Recent years have bought both a contemporary sleek architecture as well as resurgence of people looking for proximity to the city as well as a quality of life not found in the central city.

Much of the recent urbanization of Hamilton has been focused around Portside, where a very large mixed-use precinct has flourished. The Brisbane Urban Renewal was also responsible for facilitating the urbanization of Newstead and Teneriffe.

Now in 2009 the Brisbane City Council’s urban renewal has set sight on Breakfast Creek, which will be the new link between Newstead and Portside.

The Amy Street Boulevarde, retail concourse and redevelopment of the Albion Parkway will see stylish retail, recreational and residential opportunities develop.
