The Vecchio family name has long been a respected part of the Brisbane property industry. With humble beginnings as a builder in the 1960’s John Vecchio laid the foundation of this Group.

Attributing early success and continued growth to the belief in providing quality developments that can stand the test of time, John Vecchio’s reputation has fostered the growth of a business that he continuously ensures to follow his strict guideline of fastidious attention to detail and quality construction.

In 2001, his son Sam Vecchio, a UQ Engineering Honours graduate, with more than twenty years of industry experience, redefined and refocused the group’s interests.

The Vecchio family has delivered to the Brisbane property market, developments worth in excess of $400 million dollars spanning across projects over the last four decades.
