Vecchio Property Group is a privately owned and operated family business that has developed and diversified during the last decade to be a full development and construction company.
The Vecchio family name has long been a respected part of the Brisbane property industry. With humble beginnings as a builder in the 1960’s John Vecchio laid the foundation of this Group.
Attributing early success and continued growth to the belief in providing quality developments that can stand the test of time, John Vecchio’s reputation has fostered the growth of a business that he continuously ensures follows his strict guideline of fastidious attention to detail and quality construction.
In 2001, his son Sam Vecchio, a UQ Engineering Honours graduate, with more than twenty years of industry experience, redefined and refocused the group’s interests.
With independent financial stability and astute market understanding the Vecchio Property Group is now one of Brisbane's longest running, most trusted property developers and construction companies.
The Vecchio family has delivered to the Brisbane property market, developments worth in excess of $400 million dollars spanning across projects over the last four decades.
Vecchio Property Group specialises in the development of residential, commercial, retail and industrial projects from acquisition to securing approvals, coordinating construction and then marketing and sale of the developments.

ELLIVO ARCHITECTS
Ellivo Architects and Vecchio Property Group have been working together since 2005. This ongoing relationship has seen the conceptual design and realisation of several large scale residential projects.
These projects are characterised by offering affordable, quality apartments in prime city fringe locations. Typically the projects include a wide range of apartment types, floor plan configurations and floor areas, offering the purchaser a significant choice and price point. Quality outdoor spaces and communal facilities are typical of these developments, and include pools, outdoor recreation spaces, equipped gymnasiums and extensive landscaping.

I have found that most testimonials that are written are written by people with a vested interest or with a great deal of scepticism so I would like to try and give one from a manager’s perspective.
